While our long-term and 30-day audit engagements require only a 30-day commitment from clients to get started, they benefit from a broader 9 to 12-month strategic perspective, as impactful results generally take time to develop.
Fractional CMO Leadership
For organizations seeking senior-level marketing guidance without the full-time overhead, our Fractional CMO engagement offers embedded executive leadership. Your fractional CMO works closely with your team to define strategy, oversee execution, and align marketing with business goals. Typically structured as a 6–12-month engagement, this includes roadmap development, campaign oversight, team coordination, and strategic planning. Rate ranges from $250 to $450/hour depending on whether hourly, project, or retainer-based.
30-Day Audit & Strategic Planning (project based)
We begin with a 30-day short-term engagement focused on audit and strategic planning. During this phase, we conduct a thorough audit of your current marketing efforts, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify key areas for improvement. We then develop a customized roadmap tailored to your business goals, setting the foundation for sustained growth and success. Small projects (audits, messaging) typically range from $5K to $15k, depending on services provided.
Long-Term (180+ Days, project & retained Services)
Following the initial audit and strategic planning phase, we typically enter into a 180-day (or more) project-based fee or long-term retainer for a specific suite of services. This phase is managed by a dedicated lead and support team focused on delivering results aligned with (KPIs). Large projects (brand overhauls, websites, go to market strategies) typically range from $20K to $50k, while retainers typically range from $6K to $15K per month, depending on services provided.

- On an hourly basis for ad-hoc, short-term projects (<30 days) or for ongoing maintenance, such as maintaining a website or social media platform.
- On a project basis for longer term projects (31-60 days), such as developing or refreshing a website, establishing a social media presence, or creating a corporate ID package.
- On a retainer basis for long-term relationships (61 days or more) where we serve as your outsourced agency, executing strategy, monitoring results, and adjusting tactics and strategy as needed.
