In the efforts to bring you the best service at the lowest of cost, Barrel O'Monkeyz builds your team around your needs. All rates include a built-in 25% mark-up to account for Barrel O'MOnkeyz general costs and ALL jobs include a $100 set-up fee.

PROJECT RATE: Where a client desires a set fee for a deniable activity such as the creation of a brochure, logo, or complete identity package or perhaps a direct mail campaign, tradeshow event, business or sale and marketing plan. BoM estimates the project and sets the project price accordingly. The client pays the set project price whether it takes more or less hours to complete. Client does not receive an accounting of the hours it took to perform the project.

HOURLY RATE: Typically a one-off, one-time client activity such as a crisis management issue.

RETAINER RATE: Our lowest hourly rate which clients receive by committing to a minimum 6 months of services. Based upon a joint plan and assessment of services by BoM and the client, we set up a monthly dollar amount that the client pays and we bill hours against these dollars. Depending on the services and activities to be performed, some months may be less and roll over or supplement a larger month such as to support a large event or press launch.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Costs:
- All jobs to include $100 set up fee.
- 100% Up charge for rush or holiday jobs defined as 24-72 hour turn around or work being done over a celebrated national holiday. Rush or holiday jobs to be clarified prior to start of job
- Costs: All costs provided on www.barrelomonkeyz.com are estimates and are subject to clarification with BoM.
2. Payment:
- Jobs under $1,000 is 100% down payment, while jobs over $1,000 are 75% down payment and 25% due upon job completion.
- Monthly retainer projects are paid in advance of services at the first of each month.
- Payment to be issued by credit card. Credit card fees not included.
- 3% monthly finance charge for payments more than 15 days late.
3. Hours:
- 8am to 6pm M-F
- Weekend hours are billed at rush rates unless previousily discussed with BoM.
4. Custom solutions are offered for projects more than $10,000 or minimum $5,000 per month retainer (minimum 6 months).
5. Rate Sheets and estimates are valid for 30 days upon receipt or notification.
